living in the forest and fanatic about spirituality and healthy food. After struggling with depression and completely overloaded senses, I decided to try something different. I dove into detox nutrition. and it worked! My body reset, my mind cleared, and for the first time in a long time, I felt like myself again. That feeling was so powerful that I simply had to share it. And that's exactly why I'm here.

Ohhh heaven yeah!!! Healthy food has a bad reputation — and it doesn't deserve it. My kitchen is built on the philosophy of Anthony William, the Medical Medium, who says it best: "Food is meant to be a joyful part of your life. Healthful eating isn't meant to be an exercise in deprivation." And I couldn't agree more. Think vibrant mango salsas, creamy avocado dressings, bowls bursting with colour and flavour. Wild blueberries that restore the central nervous system, sweet potatoes that cleanse the liver, pomegranates that detox the blood — all of it delicious, all of it healing. This is food that makes you feel alive, inside and out.

Healing doesn't happen in isolation. Alongside detox nutrition, I draw from a rich world of ancient wisdom that I've spent years studying and living. Shamanism teaches us to reconnect with nature, with the cycles of the earth, and with the deeper intelligence that lives inside us. The part that knows, long before the mind catches up, when something is out of balance. Eastern practices like pranayama bring us back into the body through the breath, calming the nervous system and creating space for real clarity. And nature itself, its rhythms, its plants, its silence, is perhaps the greatest healer of all.
I don't offer a fixed programme. I listen, I tune in, and I weave together whatever is needed. Sometimes that's a liver cleanse. Sometimes it's breathwork under the open sky. Often it's both. True health, in my experience, is not just the absence of illness, it's a feeling of being deeply at home in yourself.
A place where it all comes together.
Together with Adrian Kuipers, I co-created something truly special: The Place To Beee. A collection of nature homes and retreat experiences tucked in the middle of the forest, just two hours by train from Berlin. A place where you can simply be. No rush, no noise, no performance, just you, the trees, and the quiet that helps you find your way back to yourself. Whether you come for a personal retreat, a detox weekend, or just to breathe, The Place To Beee is exactly what the name promises.
